要搬家前就決定搬來後每個星期要有一天做一樣點心,一次做西點,一次做中點。現在搬來安定後,終於開始實行了。這實在是我夢想中的生活呢~ ^_^
上星期做香蕉麵包,這星期做芋粿巧。CT 很喜歡吃芋頭的點心,每次夏天都要煮 (奇怪的) 芋頭湯。可是我家不知道是誰不喜歡吃芋頭 (我們家四人其中一人不吃什麼,我媽就很少買),所以記憶中 我媽幾乎很少買芋頭 ,我也從來沒吃過芋粿巧呢!今天上網找到
TPC 復活日記 裡的食譜,就來做做看,發現真的還蠻好吃的呢!既然中文食譜很容易找得到,我就來把它翻成英文吧!內容的原版是從
TPC復活日記 裡來的。
Recipe (about 10 pieces):
Material:
Diced taro 150 g (you can add more if you want), fried red onion (red small shallot) 30 g, dried shrimp 20 g
Seasoning: (2 g = 1/2 tsp)
soy sauce 8 g, salt 2 g, sugar 30 g, white pepper 2 g, 5 spice powder 2 g
(original recipe has MSG 2 g, but I don't eat MSG, so I didn't add it)
Rice power mix:
Rice flour (上新粉 or 在來米粉) 130 g, glutinous rice flour (糯米粉) 200 g, water 220~240 g
Methods:
1. stir fry dried shrimp and fried red onion till the smell comes out, and then add diced taro. Stir fry it till taro is cooked (I added some water to let it cook. When taro is done, keep the heat and let the water evaporate.)
2. add the seasoning and mix. Then let it cool.
3. sift rice flour and glutinous rice flour. Mix them with water till it becomes a dough
4. add the cooled taro to the dough, and mix well
5. separate them to 10 small moon shape ones, and then steam them for 20 mins.
6. when you want to eat it, you can pan-fried it till each side is golden-brown.
