最近雨季已經來臨啦!農作物採收的季節已經結束,外面陰陰的讓人不想出門...所以休閒活動就轉為在家裡做吃的。KA 的攪拌器實在是太神奇了,每次看它在那邊轉轉轉,就覺得很幸福,讓人想經常做點什麼來吃吃。以前做蔥油餅總是用手揉,不僅會讓手揉得很痛,麵團也經常失敗。今天終於做出讓人滿意的蔥油餅了~ : ) 厚度剛好,裡面也很有層次。
這次是參考這裡的食譜 。發現有幾個重點是以前沒注意到的:1. 揉好麵團要醒三十分鐘;2.每個小麵團 90~120 g;3. 加好蔥捲好之後要靜至三十分鐘,再擀成直徑 12~15 公分大的餅。

對阿 我的蔥油餅一開始的麵團也是用攪拌器揉的。我猜水餃皮應該也是可以,不過我還沒試過。以前有自己用手揉過水餃皮,不會太困難,包水餃難的還是餡的部分啊...
